Dibellas Subs

I entered the shop and it felt like I'd gone through a time warp. The first thing I saw was a glass encased baking area. There was a large oven in use and fresh rolls being taken out of the oven. The next thing I saw was the seating accommodations. The seating was reminiscent of a 1920s movie. There was also an old record player.
I looked at the menu and one sub stuck out. It was entitled the "Godfather." The Godfather consisted of Genoa Salami, Capicola, Hot Ham and whatever else my Italian tastebuds could savor. I waited at the end of the long counter until one of the employees shouted for the next customer. I told the employee what I wanted and he quickly set to work building a Godfather.
All was going well until he asked me what fixings I wanted on the sub, I said "Everything" He said, " No, you don't" He told me that there were quite a few things that consisted of everything and there was a good chance I wouldn't like all the trimmings. I said, "OK" and got a list of the trimmings available. The employee was correct. I wouldn't have liked everything.
The trimmings available are: DiBella's Famous Oil Dressing, Mayonnaise, Mustard, Spicy Mustard, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Sweet or Hot Peppers, Swiss, Provolone, and American Cheese. I chose my sub and trimmings and bought some chips and a soda. The checkout line also featured fresh baked cookies but I didn't get one. I spent the rest of my time admiring the establishment.
By 6:30 I was out and there was no longer a rumbling in my stomach. What can we say except that the Perspective approves of such an eatery close to the RIT campus that provides such fresh and good tasting theme food.
Pros: A great variety of subs with plenty of trimmings. Also the bread was freshly made on site.
Cons: None.
