Irish Coffee
A smooth blend of coffee, and Bailey's Irish cream is how the Perspective takes it's coffee while on the prowl at night. The comforting feeling that a reveler can combine two things that he enjoys, alcohol and coffee, and create an entirely unique experience is awesome.
Even the ladies like Irish Coffee. It's a simple drink that makes them feel comfortable and relaxed, it relaxes tight lips and brews conversation. Here is our recipe for the perfect Irish Brew.
2 shots of Bailey's (remember this stuff is only 30 proof)
2 shots Arabica Bean Coffee (preferably from Kenya)
1 dash of sugar for sweetness
Stir and combine these ingredients and you have a drink for the end of the night that isn't water and heck, while your at it, might as well save some for the next morning because as we all know there's a little Irish in all of us.
